​How do I
place an order?
Call or email us! We believe there are too many variables with each situation where a barn door might go in a home or business. That's why, we find it necessary to speak to each client in order to understand all of those variables. We'll help make sure all the proper measurements have been taken and we're all on the same page when it comes to the custom specs of your barn door and how it will be installed.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Once all your custom specifications and measurements have been taken, we will send you an estimate link where you can then pay via credit or debit card. Most cases we require full payment in advance minus install if applicable.

We also accept Zelle Quick Pay, Paypal, Venmo or personal check. We love actual cash too!

Delivery & Shipping
If you order via the website and are in the Denver metro, we will deliver your RMBD to you and install if requested. Many of our barn doors are also custom made by our various suppliers around the country, but shipped directly to you. Free shipping applies to Premiere Gallery only, shipped within the 48 continental states. Some special orders require extra shipping charges to be added on.

Returns
& Refunds
Because all doors are custom made, they cannot be returned. This is why we talk to you personally before ordering to ensure all door specifications and measurements are exact. Finishes can vary depending on the type of wood, stain, paint or finishing options chosen. Doors may not look exactly like a photo on the website, but we strive to come as close as possible.
